Delusion of Infestation | Skin and Body Organs

A 22 year girl comes to derma opd with the complaint of generalized itching all over the body especially at night since 2-3 months. There are scattered excoriation marks on her limbs and trunk with few crusted papules. Face and scalp are uninvolved and she has otherwise good health and hygiene. She says she can see something crawl over her skin at night. She had consulted a doctor before who gave her overnight application of some lotion which did not relieve her complaint.
